Die BTW bietet neben dem wissenschaftlichen sowie industriellen Programm in mehreren Workshops die Möglichkeit zur ausführlichen, lebendigen Diskussionen über Fach- und Spezialthemen. Wir bitten um die Einreichung von Vorschlägen für Workshops, welche entweder einen halben oder einen ganzen Tag andauern können. Ein Workshop-Vorschlag im PDF-Format sollte drei Seiten nicht überschreiten (entsprechend den ↗ Layout-Vorgaben) und folgende Punkte berücksichtigen:

• Name, Zugehörigkeit und E-Mail-Adressen des Workshop-Organisations-Teams. Bitte geben Sie die primären Ansprechpersonen an.

• Eine kurze Beschreibung des Workshops einschließlich des Namens und Themas sowie eine kurze Zusammenfassung der technischen Problemstellungen, die der Workshop fokussiert.

• Eine Skizze für den Call for Papers.

• Bevorzugte Workshop-Dauer, Format und eine Schätzung der Anzahl der erwarteten Teilnehmenden.

• Bereitschaft, an der Veröffentlichung der Workshop-Beiträge im Rahmen der Konferenz-Proceedings  der BTW25 mitzuarbeiten (LNI style, see https://gi.de/service/publikationen/lni).

• Eine kurze Beschreibung früherer Versionen der Workshop-Serie (falls zutreffend).

Aus logistischer Sicht ist Folgendes zu beachten:
Workshops finden am BTW25-Veranstaltungsort im Vorfeld der Hauptkonferenz statt (Montag/Dienstag, 3. bzw. 4. März 2025). Die Workshops werden von der organisatorischen Infrastruktur der BTW 2025 profitieren (Räume, Kaffeepausen, Teilnehmerregistrierung etc.). Es wird vom Workshop-Organisations-Team erwartet, dass es gemeinsam mit dem lokalen BTW25-Team an den Details und Werbeaspekten der Workshops arbeitet.

In addition to the scientific as well as industrial program, BTW will be offering the opportunity for in-depth, lively discussions on technical and special topics during several workshops. We invite proposals for workshops that may last either half a day or a full day. A workshop proposal in PDF format should not exceed three pages (complying with LNI style, see https://gi.de/service/publikationen/lni) and should include the following:

• name, affiliation, and email addresses of workshop organizers. Please include the primary contacts.

• brief description of the workshop, including the name and topic, and a brief summary of the technical issues the workshop will focus on.

• outline for the call for papers.

• preferred workshop duration, format, and an estimate of the number of expected attendees.

• Willingness to contribute to the workshop proceedings of the BTW23 conference (following LNI style, see https://gi.de/service/publikationen/lni).

• brief description of previous versions of the workshop series (if applicable).

From a logistical perspective, please note the following: 
Workshops will be held in the same venue as the main conference on Monday and Tuesday, March 3 and 4, 2023. Workshops will take advantage of the organizational infrastructure of the conference BTW25 (rooms, coffee breaks, participant registration, etc.). Workshop organizers are expected to team up with the local BTW25 conference organizers in scheduling details and advertisement of the workshops.
